Milton Residents
Our residents know the benefits of living in our small community. Surrounded by history but with an eye to our future, Milton residents are part of the conversation and are at the heart of what make Milton such a special place.
Milton Water
A high producing well serves residents, with daily testing and chemical maintenance provided by PACE Analytical. The water meters are read manually, checked at each property, around the 27th of each month.
Milton Wastewater System
We have a unique system in that each property within the Town limits has a "green tank" and pump, owned and maintained by the Town, which is in addition to the homeowner's septic tank, which is maintained by the homeowner, and should be pumped regularly. Gray water is pumped to the Town's Treatment Plant. Should the light and/or alarm be activated, please call one of the numbers below under "Water/Sewer Emergencies" so your system can be checked.
